Summary:
The Packaging Operator is responsible for operating two 25kg bag lines and two bulk tote fillers.
This position requires a high level of attentiveness and the ability to manage multiple activities at once.
This process is the last step before the final product is shipped to customers.
This position is for the night shift (6pm-6am) and is on a 2 week rotating schedule.
Job Duties &
Responsibilities:
Document process parameters Ensure product meets packaging weight requirements Monitor and adjust equipment set points as needed Collect product samples and submit to the Lab for testing Complete cleaning tasks assigned to your area Ensure packaging material is correct for product type Verify that Lot Codes and printing is correct for product type and date Document and verify all metal detection checks are completed successfully Follow written and verbal procedures Employment Requirements:
Must pass a drug screening Must be able to follow all safety policies and attend safety training Applicant must be able to work 12 hour night shifts on a rotating schedule Must complete a pre-employment physical Must pass a background check Must have reliable transportation General math, reading, and writing skills Dependable High School diploma or equivalent Job Type:
