GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONResponsible for answering a large volume of incoming calls from broker dealers, financial advisors and sales representatives and completing operational duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.
Answers a large volume of incoming calls from broker dealers, financial advisors and sales representatives.
This duty is performed daily.
2.
Works closely with brokers and internal employees to solve problems.

3.
Gathers documentation and due diligence for new assets.
This duty is performed daily.
4.
Provides daily and weekly updates to broker dealers, financial advisors and sales representatives.
This duty is performed daily.
5.
Processes loan fund and other institutional billing.
This duty is performed daily.
6.
Serves as a primary contact for new and existing brokers dealers, financial advisors and sales representatives.
This duty is performed as needed.
7.
Sets up online access and/or reset passwords.
This duty is performed as needed.
8.
Handles contact updates and changes to operating system related to broker dealers, financial advisors and sales representatives.
This duty is performed daily.
9.
The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
This duty is performed daily.
10.
Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned.
This duty is performed quarterly.
11.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEKnowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc.
Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMMUNICATION SKILLSAbility to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, notes, letters and memos; ability to write simple correspondence.
ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
