Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
High School Diploma or the equivalent Completion of Canyon ISD substitute training Special Knowledge Skills:
Must have a pleasing personality and a desire to work with students.
Must have the ability to assume responsibility for direct instruction of students.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Provides classroom instruction and assistance to students.
Supervises students.
Uses professional information discreetly and judiciously.
Interacts with campus faculty and students in a positive and professional manner.
Represents the school district to the community in a positive professional way.
Actively accepting positions is essential.
Abide by CISD policies and procedures for substitutes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
