- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the community - Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents - Respond to inquiries and provide information about the community to prospective residents - Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs for community amenities and facilities - Enforce community rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents - Handle resident concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of resident information, leases, and other important documents - Assist with the collection of rent payments and other financial transactions
Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping, filing, and data entry - Basic math skills for handling financial transactions - Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines Join our team as a Community Manager and make a positive impact on our residents' lives.
