Job Description
The Social Work Program at West Texas A&M University is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Professor of Social Work for spring of 2019. This is a nine-month tenure-track position to begin in January of 2019 with the responsibility to teach in the graduate and undergraduate social work programs. The faculty should also engage in scholarly research and service to the community.
Work Performed:
Responsibilities include teaching social work-related courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, with a teaching load of 4/4; in addition, the successful candidate must engage in service, advising, and research.
Necessary Qualifications:
+ Doctorate in social work or a related field.
+ Masters in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE accredited program.
+ Two years post-MSW experience.
+ The ability to teach an online setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Social Work licensure in Texas as well as the ability to be licensed within a year.
+ Teaching and research potential needs to be substantial.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
